Redwood Court

The Redwood Court rental development of the Leslie Park Community, located in the west end of the Region, has been the scene of Ottawa's largest and most successful rental conversions. Phase One was launched to the public in May 1997, Phase Two in September 1998 and Phase Three in January 2000.

The original rental community of Redwood Court has a long history, starting as a prestigious rental community built about 30 years ago by the Campeau Corporation, which has over the years suffered from a poor rental market and a prolonged period of high vacancy. The fundamental elements of the homes are still in demand today. There are beautiful hardwood floors, large windows, oak staircases and altogether well thought out homes.

	Phase One: Qualicum Woods Of the total of 167 units, 164 units have been sold, the remaining 3 units are for sale.
	Phase Two: Towns of Monterey Of the total of 244 units, 239 units have been sold, 5 units are for sale.
	Phase Three: Costello Gardens Of the total of 65 Units, 62 units are sold, 3 units are still available for sale.

Stone Gate Park

The Meadowvale Townhome rental development in the Pineview Community is located at the corner of Innes and Cyrville Roads, in the East of the Region. This Mastercraft built rental community of 103 units of three and four bedroom townhomes was constructed in approximately 1979 by the well respected new home development firm. The innovative site plan, with its many park-like open spaces, tot lot and landscaping, and the clustering of the blocks into separate courtyard settings creates an impression of a more intimate neighbourhood.
