Founded in Ottawa in 1958 as Regional Realty Limited, The Regional Group of Companies Inc. has expanded and diversified to become a multi-disciplinary group of consultants providing a comprehensive range of real estate services.

As a leader in the real estate industry, The Regional Group is committed to providing superior services both nationally and internationally through specialization and diversification in: Land & Development, Property Management, Valuation & Consulting and the NAI Commercial Brokerage services.

In 1999, The Regional Group expanded it's reach to the international marketplace through it's affiliation with the NAI network and has since been involved in providing international corporate and investment real estate services through NAI to clients around the globe.

The Regional Group and its affiliates manage high-rise, low-rise and townhouse rental, residential condominium properties office and industrial buildings, and retail centres and multi-use complexes. Regional experts take charge of every aspect of real estate management with monthly reporting to the owners. We are one of the few Canadian firms awarded the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
