New Vision for Historic Urban Assets
Inspired by challenges, The Regional Group has added exciting in fill and conversion projects to Ottawa’s urban fabric. The School House Lofts in Ottawa Arts District preserved and repurposed a prairie style school designed by Frank Lloyd Wright associate, Ottawa architect Francis Sullivan. Montmartre repurposed a Byward market heritage building as an intimate Euro-style condominium, with a charming residents’ courtyard, and classic ground level commercial, enhancing the existing urban streetscape.
Revitalizing Older Neighbourhoods
The Regional Group development team are problem solvers, developing innovative strategies to revitalize communities and improve returns on existing investments. We pioneered the conversion of ailing rental townhome projects to freehold ownership in the Ottawa area, breathing life into communities that are once again thriving.
