Land Development – Richardson Ridge
Richardson Ridge is a planned residential community in Kanata located at the base of the March Highlands; the landholding is approximately 170 acres. When it is completed, it will include over 1000 residential units, with a mix of single family dwellings, townhouses, higher density apartment-style residences and two large park blocks. Richardson Ridge has been planned by us and will be developed with approximately 30% of the gross landholding dedicated to open space, trails and parkland. A planned walking/hiking trail network will run through the entire community.
The Regional Group acquired the landholding and secured the initial approvals for development. These lands are now syndicated among some excellent homebuilders, and Regional is managing the development design and approval process for these lands.
