A multi-phase residential subdivision

Notting Hill was a multi-phase residential subdivision that included numerous parks and school sites. The project is located in Orleans, in the residential community south of Innes Road. The project was completed in a series of phases, and the lots and blocks were sold to five very different size homebuilders from the City of Ottawa. The builders included: Richcraft Homes, Phoenix Homes, Woodfield Homes, Metric Homes and Braebury Homes. The Regional Group prides itself on working with a wide variety of home builders.

Regional acquired the land for this development, managed the design of the community and oversaw the municipal approval process and the installation of all civil infrastructures.
