McConnell Gardens, Gatineau, Quebec
The McConnell Gardens subdivision is a mixed-use land development in Gatineau. Approximately 20 acres in size, it will be built with a total of 223 units, being 23 singles, 26 doubles, 68 townhomes, 42 triplex units and 2 apartment buildings of 64 units, one unique ‘natural heritage’ park block which has a ravine and stream running through, maintained for public use.
The McConnell Gardens subdivision will include housing options from Brigil Homes.
The Regional Group is a joint venture partner in the land for this development and oversaw the design of the community, the municipal approval process and the installation of all civil infrastructures.
