Equinelle is located in beautiful Kemptville, just south of the City of Ottawa. The entire community is built on full, local municipal services. The eQuinelle golf course has been designed as a Par 72, championship-caliber, semi-private golf course that has all the attributes of a high-end, state-of-the-art facility including Bentgrass greens, tees and fairways. The course offers 5 sets of tee decks allowing the yardage to vary from a challenging 7,100 yards down to a comfortable 5,200 yards.
There are currently two homebuilders, Equinelle Homes and Urbandale Homes, offering a complete range of houses to prospective homeowners in the community. The Regional Group has been the principal manager and developer for the entire development process of the community. Regional‘s past and ongoing responsibilities include overseeing all municipal development approvals, overseeing the management of the major civil infrastructure works and managing the development of the golf course.
