A Multi-Phase Residential Subdivision

Eastridge is the last phase of the Notting Hill subdivision. The original landholding was approximately 25 acres. The project is located in Orleans immediately north of the Blackburn Hamlet Bypass and the completed build out will include approximately 120 single family homes and approximately 120 townhouses. Our builders in this community are Richcraft Homes and Phoenix homes.

Regional acquired the land for this development, managed the design of the community and oversaw the municipal approval process and the installation of all civil infrastructures.
