Cardinal Creek
The Springridge Subdivision on approximately 100 acres was started in 2002 with the last house completed in 2010. Originally acquired by the Regional Group this parcel was sold to a co-tenancy of Braebury Homes and Richcraft Homes. The subdivision design takes advantage of the backdrop of maples and oaks created with the extensive ravine system with many homes backing onto the open space and extensive pathway system. Approximately 390 singles and 198 townhomes were built in this development.
