The Broughton subdivision is a mixed-use land development in Kanata. Approximately 42 acres in size, it will be built with a total of 137 single family homes, over 30 townhouses, two medium density development blocks, one unique ‘natural heritage’ park block, and an area for commercial development.
The Broughton subdivision will include housing options from DCR/Phoenix homes and Brigil Homes. The commercial portion of the development will include a wide variety of locally oriented commercial services.
The Regional Group acquired the land for this development and oversaw the design of the community, the municipal approval process and the installation of all civil infrastructures. |
