Completed Subdivision in Kanata North

Brookside is a completed subdivision in Kanata North, located to the northwest of the intersection of Maxwell Bridge Road and March Road. The original landholding was approximately 94 acres and the completed community will include 195 single family homes, 404 townhouses and 52 semi-detached homes. Our builders include: Richcraft Homes, Phoenix Homes, Holitzner Homes, Monarch Homes, Garand Homes, Muirfield Homes, Talos Homes and Longwood Homes. Regional prides itself on working with a wide variety of home builders.

The project was a joint venture project with Regional’s partners, Cavanaugh Construction and DCR Development Corporation. Regional oversaw the municipal approval processes and oversaw the completion of all services and infrastructure.
