Woodland Ridge on Cummings Avenue
Woodland Ridge is a 72-unit condominium terrace home development fronting on Cummings Avenue and backing on the Aviation Parkway, in the east end of Ottawa. The development was completed in the winter of 2008 with the last of the units sold in the Spring of 2009. Woodland Ridge is the last of the three terrace home re-development sites along Cummings Avenue but Woodland Ridge was unique for its use of stone and brick and the jogging of building lines to create a dynamic feel to the overall development.
Regional acquired the land for the development, worked co-operatively with Doug Hardie Architects on the design of the complex, managed all of the required municipal approvals and managed the development process. We think that this is an excellent example of balanced infill in a maturing neighborhood.
