A multi-phase residential subdivision

Regional has acquired approximately 80 acres of land in the town of Almonte (part of the Township of Mississippi Mills) in the winter of 2010. These lands are known as 'Sadler Estate' and partial approvals for the development of these lands are already complete. Equinelle Homes and Neilcorp Homes will build housing in this community and both groups have assisted in a complete re-design of the community.

The planned community will now include approximately 480 residential units, with a mix of single family homes, townhouses, bungalow townhouses and some higher density uses in future phases. Construction of Phase 1 of the community, approximately 110 lots accommodating single family homes and bungalow townhouses, will begin in the early spring of 2011.

Regional acquired the land for this development and is managing the design of the community and overseeing the municipal approval process and the installation of all civil infrastructures.
