1737 Woodward Drive
Once a warehouse building in a very industrial area, 1737 Woodward Drive was gutted and refurbished to now house the offices of The Regional Group of Companies Inc. and eQ Homes Inc. This 25,000 square foot building, with frontage on the north side of Woodward Drive, backing onto Highway 417, in the City of Ottawa, won the 2008 BOMA Toby Award for Building of the Year.
