1725 Woodward Drive

1725 Woodward Drive is a five storey building located on 1.495 acres in a quadrangle shaped configuration with frontage along the north side of Woodward Drive, backing onto Highway 417, in the City of Ottawa. 74,000 rentable square feet are spread out on 5 floors with 12,350 rentable square foot floor plates. Previously occupied by EMS, Regional purchased the building and planned a complete interior and exterior retrofit. PWGSC has now taken up residence on all five floors of the building.
